Inbox application settings on xiaomi, nubia phone

 

Several Xiaomi or NUBIA phone users have recently reported about some functionality problems on Inbox application, for example, email not syncing, cannot receive notifications of new mail, cannot send or receive e-mails, etc. Such problems can be avoided by changing the application settings on Xiaomi or NUBIA mobile device - Inbox.lv mobile application should be added to Auto-Start.

How to change application settings on the XIAOMI phone:
 

  1. Open phone's Security application and click on the last icon Permission

  2. In this section select Auto-start management
     
  3. Press on the Add auto-start apps

  4. Find Inbox.lv application and press Allow
     
  5. Go back to Autostart section and make sure that Inbox.lv are on this application list, which has permission to do auto-start.
     

!After such actions, close Inbox.lv application and open it again.
